The 
Conveyor Frame is a conveyor block in Space Engineers.
The Conveyor Frame is used alongside several similar blocks to link inventories on a small-grid ship or station into a network.
Once established, the conveyor network allows items to be easily transferred between blocks and will automatically move items as needed.
Usage
The purpose of this frame is to provide more flexibility in the design of large conveyor systems on small-grid ships.
Since Collectors, Welders, Grinders, and other small-grid blocks using large ports are usually multiples of 3x3x3,
this would mean that a small ship would need to fit to these dimensions, even though their strength is their compact 1x1x1 layouts.
Other than the shape and size of the conveyor frame, it functions the same as a Conveyor Tube.

Power
The Conveyor Frame requires 40 W of power to operate. If unpowered, it will not be able to transport items.
However it will not draw power unless there is an inventory or full conveyor block on both sides of the tube.

Between the two Collectors (two yellow squares) that are three blocks deep, the Conveyor Frame helps connect the 2-blocks deep O2/H2 Generator to the conveyor system.

Construction
Thanks to Frames, large conveyor ports are not fixed to be spaced 3x3x3 blocks apart.
Conveyor Frames are basically 1x3x3 sized conveyor tubes which help you bridge gaps that are one or two small blocks wide.
The block is not available for large grid (and also would not make sense there).
