The Sci-Fi Control Panel is a block that gives a player access to the Terminal. You can only build it if you have purchased the Sparks of the Future Pack DLC.
Players without the DLC cannot build the Sci-Fi Control Panel but after a DLC owner has built it, all players can be allowed to use it.
Usage
The Sci-Fi Control Panel has the same functionality as the non-DLC Control Panel, so see there.
The aesthetic difference to other control panels is an additional small configurable LCD surface that can hold an icon or text or display a script.
Construction
If Progression is on, you need to build a Basic Assembler and any Battery first to unlock it.
The Sci-Fi Control Panel block is not stand-alone and must be built with its back against a wall. If the wall is destroyed, the Sci-Fi Control Panel breaks as well.
In contrast to other control panels, this variant exists for large-grid only. This block is not airtight.
