The 
Interior Wall is a basic decorative block in Space Engineers. Sci-Fi Interior Wall is the Sparks of the Future Pack DLC variant of it.
Usage
The Interior Wall is not as strong as armor blocks, and it is more than 3 times lighter than a light armor block.
It is useful in situations where saving mass or resources is more important than structural integrity or construction time.
Also, the more expensive Armor Blocks exist in many more different shapes, whereas Interior Blocks only exist as full cubes. This block has emissive lights on 5 sides which don't actually shine any light.
Construction
This block can be built on large grid only. If Progression is enabled, building this block unlocks many decorative blocks.
