The Access Panel 4 is a decorative block. You can only build it if you have purchased the Automatons Pack DLC.
Usage
The Access Panel 4 has a pair of animated lid halves, each of which you can click to open. The backside of Access Panel 4 is non-solid, so you can use it to cover up cargo access ports, while still having them accessible after opening either or both of the animated lid halves.
Trivia
In the game files, Access Panel blocks are called maintenance panels.
Construction
Access Panels exist in four variants for large and small grid. They are not airtight.
