Scaffold Block Ladder is a decorative block that looks like unwelded blocks with a ladder functionality built in. You can only build this block if you purchase the Decorative Pack 3 DLC.
Usage
The Scaffold Block Ladder is a variant of the Ladder and Ladder Shaft, for usage details, see Ladder.
Scaffold Block Ladders are often combined with 
Grated Catwalks and 
Walkable Scaffold Blocks. If you want just the mount points and not walk in them horizontally or vertically, consider using a 
Scaffold Block instead. In comparison, 
Ladders have only two mount points, and 
Ladder Shafts are surrounded by three walls.
Construction
The Scaffold Block Ladder exists for large grid only and takes up 1x1x1 blocks space. It has mount points in all directions, but no walls except for a floor and ceiling.
Trivia
In the game files, this block is called Truss Ladder.
