The 
Weapon Rack block is a storage block in Space Engineers that you can build only if you purchase the Warfare 1 Pack DLC.
For a larger weapon shelf, have a look at the 
Armory Lockers. If you want an armory with built-in walls, floor, and ceiling, have a look at the 
Armory.
Usage
The weapons rack is an open locker with a small (non-conveyor accessible) inventory that stores only hand-held guns, rifles, and ammo. The outer visuals stay the same and do not display fewer or more rifles depending on whether there are weapons inside or not.
Construction
The Weapon Rack exists for large grid as a 1x1x1 block that looks like a tall wall shelf.
For small grid it is 1x2x1 small blocks in size and looks like a small wall-mounted gunsafe.
