The Inset Couch is a decorative block. You can only build it if you have purchased the Decorative Pack 3 DLC.
Usage
It is functionally equivalent to a Passenger Seat block, so see there for usage details. The Inset Couch has no inventory.
The difference to the similar 
Couch block is that the 
Inset Couch has six walls and takes up the full block. On one side, there is space for one player to sit and recharge their suit. On the second side, there a window with a decorative hydroponic garden behind (which does not generate oxygen).
Construction
If Progression is on, you need to build an Interior Wall first to unlock it. The Inset Couch block is artight and can be built on large grid only.
