The Offset Door is a door variant. You can only build it if you have purchased the Frostbite Pack DLC, but the owner can allow others to use it.

Construction
The door takes up the middle of a 1x1x1 large-grid block which is a nice change in interior design. In contrast to other doors it is not flush with full sized interior block.
It's design means that it is only airtight when surrounded by four full blocks, and sometimes[1] not even then. It is safest used as interior door, or on planets, and less suitable as an airlock.
Since it is offset, you cannot place a Corner LCD or similar door labels on it.
