The 
Half Window block is a structural block. You can build it only if you have purchased the Warfare 1 Pack DLC.
Usage
Half Window is part of a set of Half Window, 
Half Window Corner, 
Half Window Corner Inv., 
Half Window Diagonal, 
Half Window Inv., 
Half Window Round.
They are thin looking airtight walls that take up the height and width of one large-grid block face, and half of the wall area is a window.

Construction
If Progression is on, you need to build an Interior Wall first to unlock it. The Half Window block can be built on large grid only. Airtightness depends on how you rotate the window.
