The 
Half Window Corner block is a structural block. You can build it only if you have purchased the Warfare 1 Pack DLC.
Usage
Half Window Corner is part of a set of

They are thin looking airtight walls that take up the height and width of one large-grid block face, and half of the wall area is a window.

Construction
If Progression is on, you need to build an Interior Wall first to unlock it. The Half Window Corner block can be built on large grid only. Airtightness depends on how you rotate the window.
