The 
Diagonal Window is a structural block in Space Engineers. There is also a Vertical Window variant and a Barred Window for small grid.
Usage
You can use this decorative item either as a window, or as a set of stairs, as seen inside the old-style Rescue Ships. It can be difficult to see out of the Diagonal Window due to half-closed shutters across the window.
Construction
You can build this window on large grids only. It is not airtight.
