Could you control drone B without issue? It sounds like ownership of the antenna on drone B may not be set quite right, but I'm not sure.

Sadly there's no way to hide a signal and still have it work both ways. The antenna would have to be set to not broadcast, but that makes it unable to relaying signals and impossible to control.
