Prototech Panel

A  Prototech Panel is a component item used in constructing Prototech Blocks.

It is the only Prototech component that does not require  Prototech Scrap to be assembled in a  Prototech Assembler.

When you grind down a Prototech block (and your inventory is not full), this is the only Prototech component that goes into your inventory and does not turn into  Prototech Scrap.
